LikeMe is a Product/Services of VAS Mobitech Private Limited. In the course of registering for and availing various services we provide from time to time through our website LikeMe.co.in, LikeMe business APP, LikeMe lite APP or any other medium in which VAS Mobitech Private Limited may provide services (collectively referred to as "Media") you may be required to give your name,  email address, Phone Number or similar Personal Information ("Personal Information"). The Personal Information is used for two general purposes: to log your feedback digitally and to contact you about our services via including but not limited to emails, sms’s and other means of communication. Unless otherwise stated explicitly, this Policy applies to Personal Information as disclosed on any of the Media.

We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all Personal Information that you may share as a user of Media In furtherance thereof, we have this policy to demonstrate our good faith.

In furtherance of the confidentiality with which we treat Personal Information we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

You acknowledge that you are disclosing Personal Information voluntarily. Prior to the completion of filling a survey form if you wish not to disclose any Personal Information you may refrain from doing so; however if you don't provide information that is requested, it is possible that the feedback would be incomplete and/or you would not be able to avail of the our services. Information which can be personally identifiable information obtained from the user on LikeMe Platform would be available across VAS Mobitech Private Limited.

If you are our corporate customer, it is possible that we have entered into a contract with you for non-disclosure of confidential information. This Policy shall not affect such a contract in any manner.

What Does This Privacy Policy Cover? This Privacy Policy is part of LikeMe’s Terms of Service and covers the treatment of user information, including personally identifying information, obtained byVAS Mobitech Private Limited, including information obtained when you access the LikeMe Site, use the LikeMe APPs or any other LikeMe software provided by VAS Mobitech under LikeMe product range.

LikeMe is required to collect & use certain information i.e., customers, suppliers/vendors, business contacts and employees with whom LikeMe has a business terms/relationship. This privacy policy describes, how LikeMe collects, receives, possesses, stores, deals or personal information including sensitive personal information about you and ensuring that the same are available for review by customer(s) of LikeMe. The personal information must be collected and stored to meet the data protection policy(ies) as well as legislative requirements. This privacy policy ensures to comply with data protection law and follows the good practice and protects the rights of employee(s), customer(s), vendor(s), business contacts, and the third parties and how to stores and processes data and protects from the risks of data breach.

The Information LikeMe Collects:

LikeMe may obtain the following types of information from or concerning you or your mobile phone device, which may include information that can be used to identify you as specified below ("Personally Identifying Information"):

• You provide certain Personally Identifiable Information, such as your mobile/phone number, email and mobile device information to LikeMe or VAS Mobitech Priavte Limited when choosing to participate in feedback survey. LikeMe may access your location information to provide search results based on your geo location and if you can allow your location the we’ll exactly show you the category wise/business in your searched location.
• This allows the software to provide relevant search results. Location data gathered from a mobile phone is used only to provide search results and is not used in any other manner whatsoever.
• For some of the service offerings, a user may have to part with financial data which is required to execute a particular service request for example UPI payments.

The Information LikeMe Not Collect:

• LikeMe / VAS Mobitech does not collect emails, addresses or other contact information from its user’s mobile address book or contact lists. LikeMe does not store historical location information of users in any form or manner at its end. LikeMe doesn’t collect sensitive personal data or any information of a person(s) which consists of information relating eg. bank account or credit card or debit card, physical, mental records and mental health condition, sexual, biometric, information(s) stored or processed under lawful contract/otherwise.
• That, any kind information that is freely available or accessible in public domain(s) or furnished under the right to Information Act of 2005 or any other law or state law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as sensitive information or personal data.

The Way LikeMe Uses Information:

If you submit Personally Identifiable Information to us through the LikeMe Site, Scan LikeMe QR Code for review, LikeMe services or LikeMe App, then we may your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the promotional offers. In particular, your mobile phone number is essential and will be retained. Your name will be displayed on the review page. For more information on our ratings feature, please read the note below:

LikeMe will use your mobile number and email id. LikeMe manages reviews in the following ways:

• When a user scans the QR code, they are prompted to rate/review an establishment
• When a user rates establishments on the application and other page(s).

You can search category(ies) wise businesses on our web portal, mobile apps in your location or any specific location.

Consent Opt in & out:

By using LikeMe.co.in, LikeMe business APP, LikeMe Lite APP or by providing your information, personal information, you consent to the collection, use, storage, disclosure and otherwise processing of your information (including sensitive personal information) on our web portal and mobile apps in accordance with this privacy policy. If you disclose to us any information, personal information relating to other person(s), that means you have the authority to do so and to allow/permit us to use the information/personal information in the accordance with this privacy policy. You, while providing your information/personal information over our web portal and mobile apps or any of our group of company(ies), partner(s), web portals, apps platform, marketing channels partners, suppliers, vendors, service provider(s) establishments, affiliates, technology partner(s), business partner(s), vendor(s), service provider(s) and third party(ies)consent to us to contact you through SMS, instant messaging apps, call and/or e-mail for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

Benefits:

Customer can search category(ies) wise businesses on our web portal, mobile apps in your location or any specific location (subject to availability(ies) of business in searched location LikeMe can show your business details to them to increase your online business visibilty, you can chat with your customer and customer can chat with any listed business owner(s) and your feedback and rating will allow other to benefit from your experience. It will allow people to make a better decision about choosing a product/service/establishment.

Where are the ratings shown? Ratings are shown in the following ways on Social Pages, Web and Search Engine Portals etc:

• Ratings is displayed on all Social Pages and business pages of your establishment.
• Ratings is shown with your mobile no., email account with which you are signed in on your phone.
• Paid business owner(s) can get the contact details for those who can give rating reviews to them thru scan the LikeMe qr code.

Consent to Push Notification:

You agree and confirm that any chat notification(s), news notification(s), review-ratings notification(s), and comment(s) notification(s), including any other content or data therein, that you submit/post on web, LikeMe.co.in, LikeMe business APP, LikeMe Lite APP & Mobile Phone(s), such details as per LikeMe discretion will be shared with your tagged friends, group(s), friend community(ies) who are the paid or unpaid user(s) of LikeMe services.

You agree and confirm that any review, rating and comments, including any other content or data therein, that you submit/post via. LikeMe platforms viz. WEB, Mobile APPs & Phone etc. such details as per VAS Mobitech’s discretion will be shared with establishment vendors.

When LikeMe Discloses Information:

Other users of Service may see your ratings submissions in a way that is consistent with the use of the busniess forms. For example, a rating of "ABC Restaurant" on business forms will be available to every user having web access.

We do not sell or share your Personally Identifiable Information (such as mobile phone number) with other third-party companies for their commercial or marketing use without your consent .We may share your Personally Identifiable Information with third party service providers to the extent that it is reasonably necessary to perform, improve or maintain the Service.

Your Choices:

You may, of course, decline to submit Personally Identifiable Information through the survey form. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, you may deny not give the feedback. To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps (such as happy-code in certain cases) to verify your identity before registering your mobile phone number and granting you access to the feedback survey. LikeMe is currently ad-free and we hope to keep it that way forever. We have no intention to introduce advertisement into the product, but if we ever do, we will update this section.

LikeMe uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to LikeMe and you do so at your own risk.

Non-Disclosure:

1. You will not at any time during the continuance or after the termination of your services/contract with  the Company irrespective of any reason for such termination, make use or disclose to any party either for your own benefit or for the benefit of any party (individual, firm, company, any trade or business), the affairs and confidential information of the Company or any of its related companies of which you have knowledge or become aware during the course of your service  with the Company.
2. At the time of joining the company OR purchase the LikeMe product and you shall not be engaged with another company, companies, personal freelancing, direct or indirect employment with anyone else.
3. You will be required to maintain utmost secrecy in respect of APP Details, Web Portal, Project documents, commercial offers, design documents, Project cost & Estimation, Technology, Software packages license, Company’s polices, Company’s patterns, Copyright and Trade Mark info and  Company’s Human assets profile.
4. Any of our technical, marketing, product, services or any other general/important information which might come into your possession during the continuance of your services with us shall not be disclosed, divulged or made public by you even thereafter.
5. You will not (except in the normal course of the Company's business) publish any article or statement, deliver any lecture or broadcast or make any communication to the press, including magazine publication relating to the Company's products or to any matter with which the Company may be concerned, unless you have previously applied to and obtained the written permission from the Company.
